My weight is up. It's horrible but to be expected. Went several hours away to Des Moines. Went shopping and ate a lot. Cheesecake factory. Panera bread. Zombie burger. While I didn't finish my food at cheesecake factory, I finished it at the other two places. I didn't sleep well last night because we got back late. I feel bloated and dehydrated. I'll be trying to drink a lot of water today...
